1) Oatmeal or buckwheat.

4) Seasonal vegetables.
Vegetables such as tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper (if season), a sprig of greenery can be taken from home; vegetables and herbs are able to stay a day without a refrigerator. They contain necessary for the body vitamins and minerals, but if fresh vegetables are not in the season, you can also replace them with homemade pickles, tomatoes, sauerkraut or other.
5) Berries, fruits, nuts, dried fruits.
